Maintenance (Home Owner's) Inspection

What does a Maintenance (Home Owner's) Inspection Include?

Owning a home is rewarding, and regular maintenance helps protect that investment. Our Certified Master Inspector, also mold certified, performs a comprehensive evaluation of your property’s major systems — including the roof, foundation, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, attic, crawlspace, insulation, and ventilation. Thermal imaging is included to help identify hidden moisture or heat loss that could lead to future problems.

You’ll also receive model and serial numbers for all appliances, plus a complimentary 2D floor layout with dimensions to assist with planning upgrades or repairs. Your inspection report is photo-rich, easy to read, and highlights what’s performing well and what may need attention — giving you peace of mind and a clear path to keep your home in top condition year after year.
