Listing (Seller's) Inspection

What does a Listing (Seller's) Inspection Include?

Selling your home? We’re here to help you take control of the process before your property ever hits the market. Your inspection is performed by a Certified Master Inspector, also mold certified, giving you the insight and confidence to present your home in its best light.

We thoroughly evaluate the major systems — roof, foundation, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, attic, crawlspace, insulation, and ventilation — identifying potential issues early so you can make informed repairs and avoid surprises during buyer negotiations. Thermal imaging helps reveal hidden moisture or heat loss that might otherwise go unnoticed.

You’ll also receive model and serial numbers for all appliances, plus a complimentary 2D floor layout with dimensions to help you plan updates or showcase your home’s layout to prospective buyers. Everything is delivered in a clear, photo-rich report that highlights what’s working well and what may need attention — helping you list with confidence and transparency.
